• Lead designer for the entire payments platform. Responsible for designing our online payments product from the ground up. Worked on multiple iterations that led to ~3% increase in payments volume over the last year. • Helped implement and facilitate a culture of design thinking across the organization. Led multiple design sprints and workshops that created a collaborative atmosphere between product, design and engineering. • Worked cross functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to define, design, and deliver products from concept to implementation • Used analytics to measure feature engagement and usability (drop-off points, click-through rates, etc) • Conducted multiple research studies to understand user behavior. Used those insights to influence the final product outcome and iterate on existing parts of the application.
