Compiling and maintaining KPI, HSE data and Statistics for routine reports and regulatory documents. Ensuring reporting and compliance with local regulations and internal HSE requirements. Supervising and delivering comprehensive safety training, including employee safety orientation and specialized training such as H2S and Confined Space. Making Site EHSS Plan for project and Turnaround and Support the team for implementation at site. Managing and supporting safety meetings at both facility and field work sites.

Compiling Safe Driving Journey Management Performance dashboard and Presentation for the following Dashboard (DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY). Conduct regular audits of safety critical processes (e.g. Pre-trip inspections, en-route.). Monthly meetings with all members of the HSE Team to review site issues, upcoming HSE initiatives, training programs, and areas of risk. Preparing Roster. Sending client notification to location with zero percent error. Communicate with clients on HSE matters, including pre-qualification requirements, site safety plans, compliance items, incident investigations, and meetings. Identify and reduce unnecessary procedures to ensure HSE process uniformity and efficiency, recommending changes to reduce risks, increase safety, and control costs. Work with clients to determine the root cause of vehicle accidents and assess the adequacy of safety measures. Deal with OHS and HSE inspectors on non-compliance items, deficiencies, performance issues, and new initiatives.
