* Managing a customer service team - Monitoring and guiding in complex areas and everyday activity * Preparing sales and order processing calls ,entering orders in system * Coordinating, planning and managing sale of new & existing product and sales plan preparation * Monitoring customers accounts and making calls action based on customers history * Checking all suppliers invoices and managing suppliers payment and credit issues * Sales call to new potential customer and follow up with sales representative * Monitoring warehouse inventory and inventory disbursement for customers * Preparing sales report every second week for the Managing Director * Analyze current as well as new business opportunities to be commercialize and customer trends

* Develop new product, promotional campaign & fix pricing model to drive incremental revenue in postpaid segment * Daily analysis of data to observe the consumer call pattern, MOU, ARPU, revenue and take corrective measure to respond to the changing market scenarios * Analyze current as well as new business opportunities to be commercialized * Monitor & upgrade performance through proper process development & system enhancement.

* Projects development, planning and execution * Monthly & yearly training need assessment & conduct training * Pre and post-review and analysis of divisional initiatives, projects and programs * Track and review the overall and unit wise performance on a periodic basis * Ensure divisional activities are in line with overall business plan and industry standards

* Handle customer query & provide service to font desk customers * Develop monthly branch report & provide feedback to concern division * Employee performance review & training need assessment * Enhance and improve the overall quality and efficiency of operations
