Contributing to the management of projects and ensuring that they are completed within established deadlines. Assisting in the development of complex research projects and evaluations.

• Support research projects by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing primary and secondary data. • Conduct surveys and interviews in accordance with research protocols. • Assist with using statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, AMOS, Smart PLS, and QDA Miners. • Assist with the setup of technology needed for teaching, e.g., online learning platforms and moderating.

• Supervises the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth operation. • Develop, implement, and review company policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations. • Organizes and coordinates the activities of the administration staff and ensures that they are adequately equipped to support valuation and sales
