I’m a Health informatics expert. Having established strong skills in NHS clinical coding, in 2008 I founded Minerva Health Ltd, a provider of strategic and operational clinical data analysis and management consultancy services to the NHS. I continue to run the business as Director/CEO. A highlight has been masterminding a unique process for analysing NHS clinical information to avoid penalties under the National Tariff Payment System. Previously I was Clinical Coding at Worcester Acute Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, notably raising monthly income by +£700k, transforming the coding team, improving data quality and embedding a robust coding performance management framework with key KPIs. In 2014, I founded Connect 78, a health informatics company which provides clinical concierge services in the Nigerian marketplace. The business was one of the first health informatics companies in Nigeria. My specialisms include project management, people management, clinical data collection/analysis, clinical research, information technology, patient safety and clinical risk management. I’m a critical and innovative thinker; delivering a fresh, independent perspective, entrepreneurial vision and an inquiring mind.
