Responsible for designing analog readout circuit to read signal charges generated in HARP film, and evaluating characteristics of the test sensor. - Research on three-layer stacked color image sensor overlaid with organic photoconductive films. Directed research on design 3-transistor APS type TFT Pixel circuit 2012- 2015 NHK Engineering System, Inc. Tokyo, Japan ・ Advanced Development Division ・ Chief Engineer - Research on digital calibration for 2-stage cyclic ADC used in Super Hi-Vision CMOS image sensor. Proposed precise and high-speed digital calibration algorithm to compensate for errors generated in ADC, and demonstrated its effectiveness by using test circuit.
