Estimates Coordinator III September 2016 – Present Prepare Estimates for pharmaceutical clients who are seeking out preclinical services. As the senior most estimator I ensure all clients are supplied with accurate and timely proposals. Review, develop study outlines, provide recommendations and cost estimates for study design documents as requested by Business Development Managers. Development of client relation’s through providing recommendations to expected challenges. Provide change orders for Protocols and Protocol Amendments as appropriate to capture any cost changes. Provide all proposals in a timely and accurate manor. Interact as a primary mediator for Management, Accounting, Colony Records, Business Development and Scientific Services. Review and maintain a database for estimate tracking     Manage updates to Salesforce to ensure up to date information is available to all staff.
