As the Manager –Training (for Kurlon Ltd.), Bangalore Head Office •Evaluated training needs, and authored a maiden training strategy- previously non-existent HR process. •Regularized staff surveys, HR audits; assisted the CEO in drafting employee communications. As the In-Charge (for Manipal Career Academy) – Manipal Head Office •As the academy head, developed and implemented effective operational strategies for a network of 86 franchisees •Liaised with reputed academic institutes, academicians, and content developers to set up 14 constituent campuses in association with both Indian and U.S. universities.
