I am the team manager for our service desk, 1st-line and our 2nd-line support at the swedish office. My main task is to ensure that our daily operations are running smooth and that we are making the best priorities in our work. Another very important task for me is to make sure that the people at our support enjoy their duties and that they all can reach their personal goals and contribute to reaching our company goals.

I've been working extra at Rocks at weekends and holidays, during my education. Rocks is the biggest record store company in sweden. My duty here was to sell records.

I was doing my first practical training for my education at Stage it. Stage it is a company that makes interactive solutions to events. It was a great experience for me, being involved in Interaction design and event planning.

Since 1998, the Swedish independent promotion & marketing company Skiva has successfully been promoting both new and very well known bands and artists in Sweden. Skiva focus on press, radio, TV and Internet for bands on tour and for new releases. . I had a great time at Skiva.se and they gave me the big responsibility of handeling big artists and contact with press and other media.

A broad education with a foundation on Informatics. The training has given me knowledge in many different areas such as: Object oriented analysis and design, UML, ERP, BI, E-Business, interaction design, programming, and IT and its impact on organizations and people.
