After about two year working in Hunan, due to work requirements and changes, I have been ask to take up the factory group’s Business Manager position and work at Vietnam, which is closer to brand customers for better communication and work relationship building for the factory group. Because of my experience is quality system and factory operation, so I am also assign to be in charge of the QC, QA, LAB, SUSTAINABILITY across factory group for the time been until better suitable people are hired for individual position, and I am also in charge of the QC, QA, LAB, SUSTAINABILITY and BUSINESS departments at our Vietnam factory site with daily operation works.

With my success in managing the QC/QA, Business and General Affairs departments across the factories, meanwhile the open position of Factory Manager is available, I have been asked and promoted as Factory Manager for Dao Xian Build-Yet Shoes Co,. Ltd. So now I manages a 1,500+ workers shoe factory across all departments, from Business to Sourcing, Production to Quality controls. The job is very challenging, but I am sure I have all the knowledge to manage and run the factory smoothly.

After been acting as the group QC/QA head for over half a year, and based from Dongguan factory, I have been travelling and lived between our Hunan, Indonesia and newly setup Vietnam factories to assist in setting up, training and complete the QC and QA departments in these factories. The QC/QA teams in these 4 factory sites are up and running under my management and following the plan and schedule I set out individually for them which align with customer’s requirement in implementing better quality monitoring system and LEAN project. With my success in managing the QC/QA teams across the group factories, I have been asked to take up a new position to be in charge of the QC, QA and Business department at our Dao Xian Build-Yet Shoes Co,. Ltd. So for the QA department is to ensure all goods ship out from our factory is quality assured, and QC department is more focus on the online production controls to ensure quality meets the requirement, as for business department is to handles order from the customer and arrange for packaging and shipping...etc and also to ship out goods on time as customer needs. We are a shoe factory OEM for some of the major brands.

I have been asked to take up a new position to be in charge of the QA department as well as still in charge of the business department. And so the QA department is to ensure all goods ship out from our factory is quality assured, and for business department is to handles order from the customer and arrange for packaging and shipping...etc and also to ship out goods on time as customer needs. Due to this arrangement, I have been promoted and become Vice Manager to be in charge for two departments. We are a shoe company OEM for some of the major brands.
