I also advise insurance companies and alternative risk transfer vehicles with all aspects of company formation and licensing, Holding Company Act compliance (including Forms A, B, C, D and E filings), and managing the approval of form and rate filings. I also assist clients with the formation and licensing of managing general agencies, negotiation and drafting of agency agreements and directs and manages multi-state licensing projects.
