Focus on Retail & Luxury Industry • High speed and high quality recruitment for clients (Hermès, Victoria's Secret) • Build up the RPO Team for CGP • Leading the RPO team to goal the target • Arrange several Assessment Centers for Client • On site control the Assessment Centers

• Area of focus is to hire and identify experienced search or recruitment consultants or individuals interested in a career in recruitment with an industry background in one of our specialist disciplines (Banking, Accounting, Legal, Technology, Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Supply Chain, Property & Construction, Human Resources, ), across our Greater China and Hong Kong offices • Make cold calls to unknown candidates, full mapping target companies • Arrange several Assessment Centers for Both CGP and Clients (Victoria Secret). On site control the process • Self branding for CGP

• Make cold calls to unknown candidates, Build up lists of target companies and candidates • Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients • Support Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews • Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates • Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced • Present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates • Follow the process and procedure to get results • Sign contracts with new clients via own Business Development channel
