About
Do you feel undervalued, overworked, unsatisfied, or trapped in your job? Are you constantly anxious about losing your income? Are you devastated by a recent job loss? You May Be Experiencing the Great Career Quake - that shattering moment that shakes the safety and security of your employment. A Career Quake is an Opportunity Disguised as a Challenge. As an employee, you have a choice to stay in that ‘shaky job’, or to safely exit to a more stable career path. I will show you how. I am a career transformation coach, speaker, trainer, and author of forthcoming book The Phoenix Career Principles: From Employee Ashes to the Flame of Entrepreneur Success (2022). In my 30+ year corporate journey, I experienced many Career Quake moments with varying degrees of magnitude. I went through times where I felt like a cog in a machine that could be easily replaced; a job I ultimately outgrew. I felt called to lend support to colleagues who were shell-shocked, devastated, and unprepared to face the uncertainty of job loss and everything that comes with it. Many others experienced discontent and additional stress and eventually left their jobs to safeguard their wellbeing and mental health. Having developed a resilient shift in mindset I saw opportunity where others experienced trauma. I saw an important, unmet need in the marketplace, which became my catalyst to become a Career Transformational Coach. Some of my clients tell me that they stayed in their shaky jobs because they: - Didn’t have a clear picture of their alternative career future - Had the picture but didn’t know what first steps to take - Didn’t have the courage to leave until the next Career Quake forced them out The Career Leap Program: I designed my program to help you discover and confidently step into your future career to: 1. Develop a clear future vision for your career where you are in control of your destiny 2. Turn your experience and unique capacities into your Unique Value Proposition 3. Overcome fear and build the confidence to step into a richer and more meaningful life You have the capacities, experience, talents, wisdom, and drive to build an unshakable career path. By leveraging the guidance of the Career Leap Program, you will not have to take this journey alone. For more information reach out via LinkedIn Messenger.
