- Develop a budget and allocate resources for the project - Establish and maintain good communication with clients, third parties/vendors, and all stakeholders. - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure effective and efficient project implementation - Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within the appropriate scope and budget - Communicate the strategy for completing the project and ensure that all necessary steps have been taken

- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions - Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures - Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing - Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company - Support worker communication with the management team

- Marketing campaign and strategy development - Digital content planning and management (including Social Media) - Overseeing the design and implementation of new product concepts - Art direction and creative assets development

- Collaborate with team to implement campaign activity ideas - Coordinate & mantain relationship with multiple stakeholders & vendors - Manage event set up, tear down, & follow-ups

Act as the liaison officer between LALALA Festival (as the Event Organizer) and NAXXOS (as the Artist) on November 2016.

- Responsible for the cash flow, bookkeeping, and budgeting

- Responsible for promotion strategy through events and social media including mantaining socmed channels
