I have over 15 years of experience in recruiting, training, developing, and building winning cultures for multiple million-dollar organizations. I'm currently the Executive Vice President at Linear Roofing and Solar and also speak to organizations about what it takes to build a winning team. I've led the sales and growth strategy for Linear Roofing and Solar since 2016, turning a 1 person team into 200, getting private equity funding and reaching $100M+ in revenue. I oversee every department whether its solar, commercial, specialty or residential and oversee nearly 200 employees and contractors. I handle our recruiting, training, and development for our entire salesforce in all departments As Co-Owner of the company, I oversee all the team leaders & VPs and am working to make our company platform 10 figures soon.

I came to Linear to grow it from a small few person team to a multimillion dollar organization with a 200+ sales team. Over my time at LA Fitness I grew to VP and broke multiple sales records. I led personal training sales across 6 different regions – Florida, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Nebraska and Texas, and oversaw all recruiting, training, hiring and development for facilities valued at $10M+ each. Oversaw and created all sales training and output down to newest trainer – every personal trainer in every store. I would lead national sales training over 800 people, from role playing to over coming objections, and was the go to guy for growth. I was also on acquisition team and was the one and only person to integrate new employees into the LA FItness culture and system as they got acquired with markets I was assigned.
