Scope of work includes developing project charters, project plans and research papers to support administration of the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board.

Developed a set of key performance indicators and operational plans for the College.

Developed and maintained enrollment, funding and other data reporting and information dissemination standards for the Alberta post-secondary system. Developed a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Alberta’s apprenticeship and industry training system and assisted in development of strategic and operational plans and annual reports for the Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board and the Apprenticeship division.

* Tracked and reported on progress of various Health facility projects across the province. * Worked in consultation with external organizations, including the Alberta Construction Owners * Association and the Construction Industry Institute (University of Texas), to develop a set of * performance measures for construction of health facilities in Alberta * Worked in consultation with stakeholders to develop a policy manual for construction and management of health facilities in the province. * Developed an Occupational Health and Safety Plan for the branch. * Developed a Business Case and led production of a video to promote and implement a knowledge management program in the Capital Projects division. * Wrote several articles for the internal newsletter on various aspects of health facility construction in the Province.

This was a two and a half year secondment under the Government of Alberta’s Executive Mobility program. Responsibilities included leading the development of an RFP under an open procurement process and working with the successful proponent on all software development phases of a $800,000 contract to develop a cross-ministry data linking system. Specific responsibilities included: Assessing project risks and developing mitigation strategies as appropriate including development of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), in consultation with legislation and policy experts, to facilitate the sharing of data from the nine client ministries. Managing development of the Statement of Work, confirming project requirements and scope, and leading the successful development of data dissemination, linking and analysis processes based on IBMs Entity Analytics software in consultation with nine Government of Alberta ministries, a non-government organization and a contracted agency. Managing the multi-stakeholder funding/vendor disbursement process.

This was a one year secondment under the Government of Alberta’s Executive Mobility program. The successfully completed deliverable for this project was an initial set of 63 Alberta Official Statistics. Responsibilities included chairing a cross-ministerial Demography Task Team, facilitating the gathering of data from provincial Government ministries, supervising the data analysis and managing the development and web posting of the Official Statistics information sheets.
