• Honored with the opportunity to be part of the IB executive team- Created and managed the Instant Booking sales product and "Go to Market" process for TripAdvisor4Business teams that oversee advertising solutions in North American, Latin American, European, and Asian-Pacific markets. • Work closely and strategically plan with product, marketing, and engineering teams to enhance rollout for beta and global product launch of Instant Booking. • Instant Booking- "Book on TripAdvisor" is the new way for travelers to book. For hoteliers, it's a new acquisition channel that will help get more bookings and a higher conversion rate from their TripAdvisor listing.

• Successfully closed over 330+ deals in Business Listing product within different markets: Hotels, B&B’s, Specialty Lodging. • Identified, prospected, qualified, and closed leads throughout allocated territories in the United States and Latin America. • Trained new hires on objection handling, pipeline management, sales process, and product • Consistently hit 120% of monthly goal quota for a minimum of 3 quarters in a fiscal year from Q2 of 2013 to Q4 of 2014.
