●Mainly manage tier 1 customer in PC industry ●Coordinate RFQ for desktop/AIO projects, work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and competitive proposal/quote, resulting in 2 projects awarded, with ~$200m in annual revenue ●Manage projects in NPI/sustaining phase, assess P&L, handle TK parts pricing, respond to customer's request in design changes, and resolve demand/supply issues ●Coordinate regional operation with 5 regional sites in EMEA/APJ on order/fulfillment, logistics, spare parts, and RMA process ●Co-work with IT/PM teams to implement strategic projects such as EDI bom/FG procurement process/Buy mode transition and meet customer’s expectation on schedule and deliverables ●Negotiate contract and apply signing process ●Handle E&O claims, support planning/MC teams to maintain monthly OBS report and resolve excess mitigation

●Develop new dealers, and support existing one with marketing and on-site technical training ●Conduct market analysis for Middle East countries

●Act as focal point for 5 HP regional sites in APJ, arrange/negotiate rework/RMA process, manage spare parts and control related cost spending ●Coordinate Brazil CKD NPI process, provide technical documents, quote and arrange fixtures/samples on time to meet targeted schedule
