* Preventative Maintenance, Performance Verification and Qualification for Analytical Equipment within Quality Operations. * First line reactive maintenance on all Laboratory Instrumentation and Equipment. * Reviewing, Purchasing and Validation of existing and new equipment according to GAMP. * Deputy Building Manager supervising contractors and Pfizer engineering staff working within QO buildings ensuring safe systems of work are adhered to. * Service contract management, scheduling for external contractor qualifications. * Filing, storage and archiving of cGMP documentation in preparation of Internal and External audits. * Writing and updating SOP’s for compliant use of equipment and systems.

* Installation, Maintenance and Calibration of all types of Instrumentation including electronic and pneumatic systems, indicating and controlling equipment, PLC’s, SCADA, BEMS and DCS systems. * Inspection and calibration of measuring equipment on a routine basis to satisfy statutory bodies (FDA, MHRA). * Flameproof and Intrinsically safe systems and their applications. * Ascertaining spares’ requirements and recommending outside purchases.

* Worksite controller and supervisor for all local protection in tunnels & terminal main and sub-systems related to Control & Instrumentation and Mechanical & Electrical operations. * Project manager for Instrumentation modifications required for continuous operation. * Calibration, documentation and acceptance of ultrasonic & conventional level detection, electromagnetic & conventional flow rate, temperature, gaseous monitoring and water analysis. * Extensive first line response fault diagnosis and modifications to Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens, AEG, April, Cegelec & Telemechanique P.L.C.'s. * Supervision and QA for Sub-contractors and FTE's, improving maintenance instructions and operation & maintenance manuals.
