I have 40 years of experience in parish ministry. My personal mission consists of the following: 1. To "become all things to all people, that I may by all means save some. And I do all things for the sake of the gospel, that I may become a fellow partaker of it." 1 Corinthians 9:22,23. In essence I want to be a positive proclaimer of the Good News of Jesus Christ to every person I meet. 2. To "speak to others for the edification and exhortation and consolation." I want to exhibit excellent communication and public speaking skills engaging people for Christ. 3. To see "multitudes and (feel) compassion." Matthew 9:36. I want to express care and support for every person in need. 4. "He who is a hireling,...beholds the wolf coming and leaves the sheep..."
