Provided support as a two-man team liaising between all the Military units in British Forces Germany (BFG) and the Food Supply Contractor (FSC), Supreme Foodservices GmBH. Advising both the FSC and BFG with regards to food supply issues, to ensure neither party infringed the Contract, through managing the supply contract relationship between the military and the civilian contractor with direct contact with the FSC and regular visits to all BFG units. Successfully controlled and monitored food supply to military units whilst on manoeuvres, throughout Germany, Poland and Holland (challenges & difficulties). Responsible for the monitoring of an annual budget of 150k per annum of disposable catering items collating statistics and data to improve procurement procedures whilst making financial savings of up to 7k per annum.
