* Design, implement, and maintain tracking, reporting and planning systems for all Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital fund raising events and projects using independent judgment. * Act as vender liaison where information issues are concerned. * Design and prepare prospect and giving reports for development staff. * Provide documentation and training to development staff. * Daily patient screening. * Work as liaison to the accounting office for the upload of all gifts to the Children’s Hospital.

* Responsible for the ultimate integrity of Development data, insuring the overall accuracy and usefulness of the data for a variety of users. * Create monthly fundraising reports and other database reports as needed. * Manage Development information into Allegiance, from hard copy through data analysis and reporting * Process all gifts from direct mail, on-line, and from call center. * Provide data for direct mail and call centers. Assign source codes and track responses. * Provide training and usage assistance to staff on Allegiance database * Manage content, validity and production of specific reports, exports and mail merges created and used by Development. Create customized reports as needed * Manage department use of upgrades, train new users, and establish security levels * Perform other duties as assigned

* Coordinate and execute acceptance testing of the platform. * Filters, curates and delivers requests and findings from customers and internal staff for the platform. * Creates tickets for development team. * Acts as de-facto scrum master. * Manages email support for non-personal account managed clients. * Trains all new staff on AG customer service values, processes, and protocols. * Is accountable for removing impediments hindering the team's ability to deliver the sprint goal/deliverables. * Acts as a buffer between the team and any distracting influences. * Ensures that the Scrum process is used as intended and is the enforcer of its rules. * Protects the development team from external and internal distractions and keeps it focused on the tasks at hand. * Curates and manages the backlog of development work. * Coordinates development, customers, clients, staff and other stakeholders to determine priority and scope of work to be completed.

* Manage data analysis systems for a variety of tasks, activities and reports * ensure that the database is functioning * Identify program database needs * and assist in database development tasks. * Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of data policies, objectives and plans * identify problems with current database structures, processes and procedures. * Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports and develop new reports on an ad hoc basis under the direction of the Sr. Operations Manager and Program Manager. * Train Program staff and use of database systems * provide database support to administrative staff responsible for the oversight of project work, in order to ensure consistent and accurate data entry and storage.
