• Held an influential forward-facing position, engaging with industry and PT stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to advocate for a data-centric approach to business operations. • Served as the senior engineer within the Data for Industry (D4I) team, overseeing the operational availability of the Data Management Toolkit (DMT) Data Feed to Industry service, in support of the MOD’s CFA and CLS commitments. • Managed day-to-day operations of the DMT service through close collaboration with the MOD delivery partner, ensuring effective stewardship and maintenance of this complex IT service. • Applied ITIL best practices to foster a productive partnership with our IS Delivery Partner, which was essential in sustaining the DMT Data Feed service at Gold + standard. • As DMT solutions architect, contributed Military domain subject matter expertise, aligning programme development initiatives with SCIS requirements and Defence strategic objectives.

• Defined and maintained IA and Security plans per JSP440/HMG standards. • Advised senior stakeholders on technical and business impacts of system changes. • Led technical risk management and determined business impact levels under HMG IA Standard. • Developed and updated Risk Management Accreditation Document Set (RMADS). • Represented senior management at pan-LogNEC Security Working Groups.
