I have been in the oil and gas industry for 12 years now. I started off building Processing Plants for natural gas. I worked building new plants and renovating new ones for 7 years. In that time I had learned to read Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and lead a crew of individuals to complete projects with tight deadlines. I then made the move to Hydraulic Fracturing and have been in this field for 6 years. I have helped come up with ideas and processes that not only created a safer way but helped efficiency go up. Obtained my CDL and have helped non-cdl drivers pass and obtain their state license. My motivation comes from my wife of 8 years and 3 beautiful children. They help me maintain my focus and safety culture.
