● Provide consultation on technical solutions and feasibility of solutions. ● Support sales team in customer calls for quotations of complex systems or in requirement gathering discussions. ● Execute technical proposals through system engineering, cost estimating of necessary components and modules. ● Request for quotations from external suppliers in cooperation with Purchasing and evaluate estimates. ● Provide technical support to other departments for the segment / product lines under one’s responsibility. Collaborates with Project Manager for problems related to assembly or in the event of customer complaints. ● Coordinate all activities from design, draft, released PR to project buyoff, acting as project manager for small projects. ● Investigate and analyze when issues / problems occurred during the project execution stage, and provide workable solutions within a limited time.

Primarily responsible for overseeing Wafer AOI machines, specializing in the inspection of both pre-diced and post-diced wafers with received dedicated training in machine vision. - Assist customers in configuring & installing new hardware, systems, applications and software. - Performing machine buy- offs, covering thorough evaluations of hardware, optics, vision, software functionalities. - Conduct training sessions with customers to demonstrate software updates, new systems and hardware. - Proficient in identifying & analysis concerns raised by customers, adept at troubleshooting & diagnosing technical issues. - Address and resolve SLA issues promptly using a Jira ticketing system. - Perform post-resolution follow-ups & Validate the effectiveness of fixes through testing to ensure problems have been resolved. - Use remote access to navigate and link to customer computers, facilitating troubleshooting and providing assistance with technical issues. - Develop help sheets and knowledge based documents to assist end users in utilizing and troubleshooting various systems and applications.

I have been employed as the Industrial Trainee attached to Medical Production Quality Control at B. Braun Medical Industries, Penang for 7 months in my Degree Study. My job scopes have been included - Automated inspection of the molded medical product by measuring scopes. - Pressure Test - Collect data for Measurement System Analysis Within the internship period, I have also joined a project which is required to design a device with multiple outlets for Hydraulic Burst Tester.

I have left the last semester of my degree study. The end date of my degree study is expected in September 2021.

I have graduated with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from Nilai University.
