▪ Responsible for sourcing consumer electronics products e.g.: DAB+ Radio, Soundbar, Boombox, Bluetooth speaker, Hifi, Turntables and many more/ Home Appliances e.g.: Indoor & Outdoor heating, Air-conditioners, Dehumidifiers, fans, Humidifiers, Air cleaner and many more sport products e.g.: Rowing Machine, Cross Trainer, trampoline etc, product development, price negotiation and order fulfilment of selected product range ▪ Support in assortment management, product range development and conceptual category management and product selection for private label as well as continuous success control of the product range ▪ Analysis of market and import share data to keep track with business trends ▪ Analysis of significant changes in product requirements from a consumer perspective together with European product management ▪ Monitoring of product enquiries, sourcing, product development, order processing, artwork, packaging, factory audit, testing compliance, production control ▪ Conducting market and competition analyzes and development concepts with/without suppliers ▪ Pre-Purchase negotiations with suppliers and evaluation of purchasing figures ▪ Offer calculation, communication and cooperation with internal stakeholders and supplier towards European product management. ▪ Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure product quality, costing, production and delivery issues ▪ Pro-active communication with Product Management and European Buyers in order to ensure orders are executed according to customers specification, expectations and deadlines ▪ Planning and follow-up of the visit of trade fairs and initial contact with potential suppliers ▪ Supplier management - updating and extending supplier base proactively ▪ Functional deep test on samples received ▪ Auditing of factories ▪ Support in assortment management, product range developement ▪ Specialist leadership, supervise, train and engage the team to carry out daily operations
