Hi, I'm TJ and have been a manager, director, creator, and Executive Producer of projects for many years. I'm like an OLM Project Manager. And this is the group I created about helping local small business OWNERS to ask questions and learn from others what does or does not work for them in the WILD and crazy OLM (Online Marketing) world. SB local OWNERS cannot ignore that more and more businesses since COVID have found new solutions to maintain their own business let alone increase their leads and customers. We hope to help you find those solutions.

I help businesses with Internet Marketing and also drive leads and calls to local businesses as well as national offers to help businesses grow their customers. I also develop mobile apps for local businesses.

Temporary contract assignment representing Nutro for Advantage Solutions to help customers and prospects to learn about their quality products.

Began as RV Consultant, then concentrated on Internet Marketing with new website design and began marketing RV's in the local area and expanded to a national reach. Scaled up various forms of Internet marketing and advertising to drive more inquiries about our inventory and an RV search alert system to keep prospects informed of new inventory that matched their wants and needs for a recreational vehicle.

Managed the HR and Training departments for the West Region. My HR chief was Alice Staubs (Now Alice Staubs York) and my Training chief was Rumen Mitzev. I couldn't have done it without those pro's to assist the employees of the region to improve, develop and enhance their career paths within the company.
