Hi, I’m Tomima. As Founder and CEO of Andra Group LP, I run the successful intimate apparel eCommerce sites, HerRoom and HisRoom. I founded both properties in 1998 when I first noticed something was missing in the online shopping world: there were no real online lingerie and intimate apparel shops. The market was missing a website that provided shoppers with a way to purchase the finest and most popular brands in bras, panties, underwear, socks, swimwear, and more from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. In addition to providing top-quality products, my online retail sites offer exclusive insider resources to help customers find the right fit, the right styles for them, and more. My sites also collect and display comments on every product offered from real customers, which helps create a friendly, upbeat and honest shopping atmosphere. Today, HerRoom continues to revolutionize the way women shop for lingerie online by creating easy tools to help women find the best bras, panties, shapewear, swimwear, and more for their unique shape. Prior to starting HerRoom and HisRoom, I had several successful inventions including the popular ladies’ hair accessory TopsyTail. This propelled me to finding small business success and set the foundation for my career in market-driven innovation. I’ve also made more than 100 television appearances, including on such renowned programs as Good Morning America, Dateline, 20/20, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and The View.
