CTO Project Manager, Order Execution Led end-to-end delivery of crane projects (ranging from smaller deliveries to million euro projects), primarily in the Nordic region with additional international deliveries, with full responsibility for schedule coordination, engineering alignment and customer requirements fulfillment. Managed cross-functional collaboration between sales, engineering, production and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. Coordinated engineering activities and product configuration using internal tools, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with customer specifications. Oversaw procurement of crane manufacturing, including internal production and external suppliers, ensuring availability of components and alignment with project schedules. Monitored project progress, schedules and invoicing, providing regular reporting and proactively addressing risks and deviations. Contributed to continuous improvement through participation in QIP and development of project management and reporting tools. Acted as a stand-in for quality and reclamation activities, supporting issue resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Quality Engineer – Motor Supply Worked in supplier quality management, supporting delivery performance and continuous improvement in motor supply chain operations. Monitored and reported supplier quality KPIs, contributing to performance tracking and decision-making in a multi-project environment. Led quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, driving improvements in production and process quality. Supported supplier development activities, including participation in ramp-up of a new supplier production facility, ensuring that quality, processes and production readiness met required standards. Acted as lead auditor for motor supply team, ensuring supplier compliance with quality requirements and supporting supplier development. Supported supplier production and quality development activities, working closely with purchasing, engineering and operations. Contributed to resolution of non-conformities and reclamations, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborated with cross-functional teams and occasionally supported purchasing activities, strengthening understanding of supply chain and project requirements. This role provided a strong foundation for later work in project environments, particularly in supplier coordination, quality assurance and cross-functional collaboration.

Mechanical Designer / Product Development Worked as a subcontractor for KONE, contributing to elevator component design and product development. Started with elevator car design and later continued in elevator door product development, supporting design implementation and collaboration with engineering teams. Gained foundational experience in engineering design and product development processes, forming a basis for later work in project and quality roles.

I worked in SSAB (formerly Ruukki Metals) production. Started as a packer and at the end of my SSAB career I had worked in various different roles and production lines before and during my studies.
