Amazing experience doing a short term assignment as maternity cover for a fragrance manager, covering the development of fragrances for Dove Hair products in all projects globally, plus working on cost savings projects, and upgrading our digital capabilities.

Also completed 6 months maternity cover for specifications team leader (team of 6). Process Development Manager for a Hair innovation platform.

• Workstream Leader for processing on pure innovation project. delivered locked process specification, detailed engineering and commissioning via Early Equipment Management. • One product, several recipes, three different continuously processing factories, frozen and ambient supply chains. • Delivered step change in factory operations by applying TPM, training, enabling others – to achieve hygienic liquid operations in an East African dry tea factory.

I started playing professionally for fun and to make extra cash while at University and carried on for a number of years when possible.
