Research parts for customers involving the sale of outdoor power equipment, parts for lawn mowers, weed eaters and a wide range of other yard implements. Worked with wholesalers and the general public-retail and wholesale. Processed credit/debit card payments by phone.

* Enter service orders for carry-in repairs. * Lookup and sale of repair parts for a wide variety of products from kitchen and laundry appliances to outdoor power products. * Accurately pick and deliver parts orders to repair technicians. * Repair hand-held gasoline powered products such as blowers and trimmers.

* Use Electronic and paper parts diagrams to find correct part(s) to fit customer’s need. * Accurately and professionally handle cash, check, or credit/debit sales ranging anywhere from a few dollars to over one thousand. * Receive stock shipments and maintain accurate inventory. * Maintain clean work area to provide a professional appearance to customers.

* Perform Ground support duties primarily for U.S. Air, and assist with American Eagle and United as needed. * Load baggage and cargo, move equipment as needed. * Push aircraft prior to taxi (“pushback”). * Thoroughly familiar with U.S. Air’s and PTIA’s ramp policies.

* Assist customers with purchases of Riding and Walk-Behind Lawnmowers, Trimmers, Hedger Cutters, Grills, and related merchandise. * Facilitate sales of special order parts and accessories. * Maintain shelf stock by down-stocking when needed. * Front and face merchandise on retail shelves to keep product in within easy reach for customers. * Certified to operate all power equipment used in store: Propane Forklift, Electric Narrow Aisle Forklift, Electric Order Picker, Powered Pallet Jack. * Maintain clean work area to provide a professional appearance to customers.
