About
Tom is a chartered environmental consultant, specialising in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). He has more than 20 years’ experience in strategic land, estate regeneration, mixed-use town centre, urban extensions, sports stadia, I&L, marina and renewable energy schemes, helping clients to secure allocations and consents for high quality developments on sites with complex environmental and/or planning policy constraints, including those within and in proximity to SSSIs, SPAs, SACs, Ramsar sites, National Landscapes, World Heritage Sites and Green Belt. In addition to his technical expertise, Tom has demonstrable experience of building and leading profitable technical teams and assisting in the wider operational management of successful engineering, property and environmental consultancy businesses.
