Tom Telesca 汤姆·特莱斯卡

Tom is a Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and Assistant General Counsel. He represents clients across a broad range of complex commercial and regulatory matters and is an active member of several practice groups, including Intellectual Property & Technology, International, Food & Beverage, Employment, Not-for-Profit, Construction, and Insurance & Reinsurance. With extensive litigation experience, Tom handles matters involving corporate dissolutions, shareholder and partnership disputes, antitrust and unfair business practices, intellectual property infringement, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant enforcement, securities litigation, RICO actions, and construction and real estate disputes. He also regularly represents clients in Article 78 proceedings and has prosecuted civil rights claims against both municipalities and private entities. In addition to his litigation practice, Tom advises clients on trademark strategy, prosecutes trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as multiple federal courts, Tom is actively involved in the legal community. He serves as the Long Island Liaison to the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Commercial Litigation Committee. Beyond his legal work, Tom is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society, a nonprofit he founded dedicated to protecting marine mammals and sea turtles. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Molloy College, where he taught courses in civil litigation, evidence, business organizations, and property law.
