During the autumn and winter of 2011 I worked as a waiter at The Gallery at Fortnum and Mason to raise funds before university.

I spent two weeks at MGM redesigning their European and Global Sales Record Sheets.

I spent a week in July 2014 working in the Corporate Finance department of PwC. My role there involved creating and presenting client research portfolios, updating the client database and attending conference calls and meetings.

I spent three months in early 2012 working with SIP in China. Whilst in head office in Shanghai I worked with business development teams to create and update competitor portfolios, with engineering teams to research and assist in reporting and with the environmental team to research projects and report the projects to the team. I also spent two weeks onsite in Shenyang (North China) to get experience of working on a site abroad and to assist with progress reports and performance reviews.

Whenever I can, I help out at Sandberg, either assisting on site with experimental procedures such as core sampling, load testing and mortar analysis, or in the office helping with report compilation and data analysis.
