About

Utilizing a broad range of engineering and management skills, my career has largely been focused on businesses and projects unique to the companies I work with. The range has been huge, including design and construction of manufacturing faciilties managing Forturn 500 engineering functions, to constructing and managing the worlds largest physical motion picture faclity in Los Angeles. Currently, I'm excited by my nationwide construction projects related to environmental remediation / historic preservation, and adaptive reuse of enormous (1 million sf-plus) aged industrial properties to bring them back to life. I balance all of this work with my desire to be the best HS Girls Varsity lacrosse coach I can be, now entering my 10th season in Orange County, CA.

I'm currently responsible for for pre-purchase due diligence, remediation, salvage, capital projects, property management, historic preservation and unique property development opportunities on properties that are generally 100-plus acres in size with 2 million sf of buildings. We currently own and manage over 100 million square feet of buildings in 24 states. Over the past 10 years my projects have included building and managing the largest physical movie studio in the country, and adaptive reuse of properties to include a NASA Apollo site, a commercial baking facility, a 200-acre aluminum smelter, a million-square-foot tire factory, and a 2 million square foot pharmaceutical campus with it's own power generation, among many others. Among these projects, I've developed significant experience in redeveloping historic preservation properties within national guidelines. Everything is unique and it's the challenge of bringing each of these unique properties back to life that makes the job most rewarding.

This is my passion and my favorite part time gig when not working at my real job. Working with other passionate lacrosse coaches from around the country, we represent US Lacrosse at clinics nationwide, training and certifying new coaches. Also, as a Certified Positive Coaching Alliance trainer, we help coaches embrace that winning is important, but teaching life lessons is more important.
