I have spent my entire professional career in the recruiting industry. I enjoy the fact that every day brings a different challenge. I love meeting new candidates and helping companies fill positions that will help them grow and become more successful. Throughout my career, I have been involved in more than 1,000 successful placements. Most clients and candidates will tell you that I am the most responsive person they have ever worked with, regardless of occupation or industry. My approach has always been to put the interests of candidates and clients ahead of my own, and by doing so success will follow. My role at Kamis is to interface with many of our existing clients, meet candidates that we present to them, and spread the word to prospective clients about our services. We have grown from a complete startup in 2010 to becoming one of the fastest growing companies on the Inc. 500 list in 2014. My greatest achievement has been assembling the incredible staff at Kamis. Grew revenue for Laurel branch each successive year from 1995 to 2008. Hired, trained and supported all sales, recruiting, and administrative staff. Simultaneously, from 2005-2008, also served as National Account Facilitator for a large telecommunications client where the company reached 225 consultants on assignment nationally. Was one of only three recipients of the Modis Leadership Award in 2007.
