* Designed a cost effective Enterprise Architecture for the Health System ASP.NET development team. * Managed I&CS and consultant resources to successfully complete the installation and implementation of TeamSite (content management) and WebSphere Phase I (Java Application Server). * Designed the Enterprise Architecture, including Disaster Recovery and server clustering for WebSphere Phase II. * Worked with IBM and I&CS TSS in the purchase of the appropriate hardware required to support the solution. * Provided documentation for both projects using MS Project 2000 and Visio Diagrams. Main functions include Ambulatory Care Web development, updating the Referring Physician Information System, creation of new databases as needed, generation of ad-hoc reports, updating older databases in Access, technical support and computer upgrades. Successfully implemented a new, solid database schema for the Transfer Center in Access 2000 which is still being used without technical issues. This database required the creation of complex reports.

* Supervisor of staff Retail Merchandisers. * In my first year, the territory maintained sales volume in the declining tobacco category resulting in an overall share increase of 3.25 points per year. After acquiring the territory I initiated contract renegotiations * that resulted in a $28,624 per year savings, without the loss of any essential contracts. * Responsibilities included price positioning for brand families, product distribution, and promotion with point of purchase materials. I was responsible for managing a half-million dollar annual budget. * Developed a prototype computer based telemarketing program that included an automated returned goods report, which was further developed up by our IT department.
