As the former Marketing Director at 6 O'clock Gin, I was dedicated to enhancing brand presence and driving business growth. In this pivotal role, I shaped and executed strategic marketing initiatives that resonated with our audience, distinguishing us in the competitive spirits industry. My key responsibilities included crafting comprehensive brand strategies, overseeing successful product launches like the award-winning Mango, Ginger, and Lime gin, leveraging digital marketing expertise for effective online campaigns, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and conducting market research to inform data-driven decision-making. My motivational leadership style empowered team members to excel and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Working in the Marketing team and closely with the Sales team I am responsible for all aspects of product and brand management. Responsibilities includes product strategy, product specifications and product centred brand communication as well as leading new product development.

Responsible for managing both long term strategy and the day-to-day production and distribution of Artisan Spirits including 6 O’clock Gin.

Administrator for the Technical Support team. In this role my job consisted of organising a dynamic team; making sure appointments ran on time at our technical support bar, prioritising repairs, ordering and allocating parts to repairs, preparing quotations and keeping customers up to date with their repair/service, scheduling staff and approving holiday requests, filing paper work and making sure our team ran as efficiently as possible.
