Leader of all legal and compliance activities, which include overseeing HOF’s fund administration and portfolio company investments and managing outside legal and compliance functions.

Practiced in the corporate group of Gunderson Dettmer New York, advising venture capital funds in connection with investment activity and portfolio company matters, as well as start-up and growth companies throughout all their lifecycles, including in connection with financings, corporate governance, equity-related matters, M&A and other strategic transactions.

Practiced in the Corporate Department at Davis Polk, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and other generalist corporate matters. Completed a rotation in the Restructuring Group.

In-house counsel to private equity deal team, advising on strategic opportunities, including portfolio acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged financings, consortiums and hedging transactions. Drafted and negotiated definitive documents, term sheets, NDAs, consulting agreements, engagement letters and various commercial agreements in coordination with internal constituents and third party advisors.
