Tom Baker

I am a dedicated, hardworking individual, with a proven track record in the Welding/Engineering industry. Previous experience has helped me gain a good knowledge of both large and small businesses, and the running off, something which has allowed me achieve effective results. I have been able to make significant changes at every position I have held, in order to increase sales and standard of customer service. This is something I really enjoy. My keen interest in technology has also contributed to success, buy utilising modern selling and marketing techniques to generate business. I can lend my hand to most digital processes and software with ease. Outside of work, my main interests are sports and technology. I enjoy aspects of graphic design, video editing and music production. These are self-taught skills which I have been able to transfer into the workplace. In 2004, I was awarded an FA Workforce Award, for contributions to youth football. In 2010, I cycled from Lands End to John 'O Groats in 10 days, to raise over £2000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
