• Mechanical design of core fibre coating technology • Full project execution from concept to product, including the design of necessary unit machines such as feeding, collecting, and chemical circulation systems for coating technology. Preparing technical drawings, product discovery, part ordering, assembly, reporting, testing, updating, and commissioning in production lines • Design of sensoric, pneumatic, and motorized systems and application designs for new products and new business fields • Design of engineering ceramic parts • Testing and evaluating new ideas and approaches for coating technology • Troubleshooting and solving problems in existing production lines • Assembling and maintaining units according to production needs • Project planning and coordination based on requests from production, business development and application teams • Plant layout design and integration with third-party companies • Implementation of the Vault PDM system and data migration • Vault PDM administration and responsibility for engineering documents structure for company-wide CAD data • Consulting and supporting engineering colleagues • Designing and supporting production systems for multiple FibreCoat plants located in different countries, ensuring alignment and technical coordination across international teams

MAN Lion’s Intercity •Making designs and determining specific methods for vehicle requests. •Controlling the interior equipment requests of the brand new planned vehicles and connecting the order groups to the technical interface. •Analyzing the relationship between different requests on the vehicle and determining if there are conflict requests and also giving feedback to them. •Making mechanical analysis of the changes in the vehicle in line with the requests. •Following up the changes made on the vehicles in a wide range of orders and to make sure that they are reflected in the vehicle. •Undertaking improvement and development studies such as weight reduction on the vehicle, designing mechanisms and placing the tools on the necessary parts •Processing the works done in form 2D and 3D into MAN's unique systems and making their documentation.

ALTAY ( Main Battle Tank ) / FIRTINA ( Howitzer ) / ALTUG ( IFV ) • Mechanical design of fixtures, special fasteners for case, lifting frames and automation systems using CATIA 3D EXPERIENCE V6. • Simulation of designed tools and equipment. • Preparing documentation for design output. • Responsible to create from simple to complex 3D design and 2D drawings • Leads the design phase compatible to the time plan. • Having and pro-active role in supply chain for the mechanical parts BMC procures from suppliers starting from selection until quality control processes. • Following manufacturing, assembly and start-up phases of designed equipment to ensure quality and functionality. Preparing documentation for BMC specific standards.
