Leading global cross-functional teams of OEMs, engineers, and contract manufacturers to develop, qualify, and deploy AI/ML data center electrical and civil-structural-architectural (CSA) infrastructure spanning high-density AI/ML rack types (NVIDIA GB200/GB300, AWS Trainium), power distribution, liquid cooling, and modular construction systems. I own the full NPI lifecycle from conceptual design through vendor development, certification, and global rollout, establishing program governance, executive alignment, and cross-functional prioritization across engineering, OEMs, procurement, and operations. Key outcomes include significantly reduced installation timelines, supply chain optimization, improved AI/ML power quality management & PUE, and reduced embodied carbon, including a low-carbon concrete innovation that earned national industry recognition.

Led teams of Amazon project managers and general contractors to deliver a multi-site portfolio of Amazon's next-generation fulfillment center infrastructure across EMEA, including one of the world's largest hybrid robotics conversions in Germany. Drove regional cross-functional execution and stakeholder alignment across construction management, procurement, sustainability, and safety, coordinating priorities and dependencies across multiple country teams simultaneously. Established safety frameworks as a Safety Bar Raiser that reduced incident rates by 40% YoY. Identified and championed Amazon's air-pillow plastic elimination program across the EU and UK, influencing adoption across the company-wide sustainability initiative.

Led the design, construction, and commissioning of on-site power plants and critical facility infrastructure in challenging environments. Managed multi-stakeholder governance across contractors, regulatory bodies, OEMs, utility companies, and host communities, aligning competing priorities while meeting global engineering standards. Established safety management frameworks and KPIs that ensured compliance with electrical safety standards across all project sites. Co-founded Shell's Future Energy Lions network in Nigeria, building the ESG and energy transition advocacy platform from the ground up, influencing senior leadership engagement, growing membership to 480 staff, and creating the "Energize" forum.

Managed a 22-person multidisciplinary power generation and operations team responsible for 200MW of installed capacity across SPDC assets. Established operational governance through Management of Change processes, incident investigations, and system audits. Drove the upgrade of the CMMS platform to improve 24/7 O&M and field-service support across onshore and shallow-offshore facilities.

Delivered quality assurance and project services for electrical infrastructure projects across Shell's upstream and corporate facilities, coordinating across engineering, procurement, and operations teams to support power generation, transmission, and distribution systems serving mission-critical operations.

Facilitated growth of internet and mobile telephony infrastructure across Nigeria via fiber and satellite network analysis and management. Enabled real-time online banking connectivity for two major Nigerian banks (Access Bank and UBA) across 700+ national branches.

Sustainable Business Strategy provides participants with the knowledge and tools to become a purpose-driven business leader. This course explores different business models that companies use to drive change and explains why purpose driven businesses are in the best position to tackle the world’s biggest problems. Participants learn how to influence management and other key stakeholders on the competitive advantages of being a purpose-driven firm, and how to make a difference by integrating values into strategy without sacrificing profit. The program was developed by leading Harvard Business School faculty and is delivered in an active learning environment based on the HBS signature case-based learning model.
