* a) Preparing of monthly expense, production report and monthly settlement report for JV Company. * b) Liaising with external auditor in order to ensure the statutory accounts are finalised on time. * c) Controlling and monitoring the production of the plant under the JV Company.

* Head of Finance Department leading a team of 4 in finance (GL, Tax, AR and AP), reporting to Vice President Finance, APAC level. * Key Management Team for the Company. * Liaising with APAC/Corporate Controller on all closing task and ad-hoc requirements. * Key liason with external auditor, tax agent, Company Secretary and statutory bodies. * Partnering with respective Business Units head in problem solvings and financial analysis. * Ensure on time submission for Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closing and Budgeting. * Have solved complex GST issue with RMCD and customer on one mega Crane Upgrade Projects worth ~MYR100 million. * Managing Company Accounts Receivables and Cash Flow.
