Managed construction of high-end custom homes ranging in size from 6,500 sq. ft. to 12,000 sq. ft. and priced from $600K to $2M in the Fayetteville, Georgia area. As company representative for all homes built, was responsible for preplanning, scheduling, and plan modifications. Served as the customer sales/service representative throughout entire building process including servicing warranties. Completed projects within budget and the allotted time frame 95%+ of time. Passed 92% of all building code inspections on first inspection.
