Todd Kinskey is a certified professional planner who was recently hired to manage the planning and community development functions for the City of Dayton, Ohio. Previously, he was employed by Hamilton County from 1995-2018. He has over 25 years experience as a professional planner with emphasis in long range planning, community development, site plan review, land use planning, and zoning analysis.
