About

I’m a nonprofit professional with 20+ years of experience across communications, operations, fundraising, and public policy. I’ve worked with organizations tackling critical issues like disability rights, environmental protection, education, and domestic violence—helping strengthen systems, build coalitions, and increase impact. As Director of Public Policy for the Tennessee Disability Coalition, I led efforts to pass significant legislation, engaged grassroots advocates, and collaborated with partners to advance shared priorities. In later roles, I supported dozens of nonprofits to improve internal processes, enhance donor and constituent relationships, and strengthen communications with key audiences while also enhancing technologies. My goal is to help mission-driven teams cut through the daily noise, bring order to chaos, and turn ideas into actionable plans that protect the health and well-being of volunteers, staff, and board.
