Depending on customer/situation, my services range from ideation to product/market fit, design for manufacturing and manufacturing transfer of class 1 and 2 devices. Manufacturing capabilities include RF/US Welding, Advanced Cut & Sew, Finished Device Assembly, Die Cut and Adhesive components and full kitting including sterilization.

Responsible for iiMed (pronounced E-Med) business development. Our company specializes in near shoring of Supply Chain for Class 1 and 2 Medical Devices. Key capabilities include plastic bonding and welding, specialty sewing, and finished goods assembly. For those who don't exactly know what this means, please feel free to reach out. Basically, we employ a skilled labor force in our plant in Reynosa, Mexico to make Medical Devices. The types of medical devices include Therapeutic Patient Surfaces, Pressure Ulcer Relieving Garments, DVT Prevention Garments, Blood Pressure Cuffs, Tourniquets, Active Mattresses, Slings and Safe Patient Handling disposables, and many more.
