I’m a SENr Performance Nutritionist at P3RFORM, based at St George’s Park, delivering applied nutrition support within elite sport environments. I work closely with professional footballers on the PFA Residential Rehabilitation Scheme, alongside supporting teams, corporate, education groups, and selected 1:1 clients. I hold an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition (Birmingham City University, 2024) and am currently working toward full SENr Practitioner status. My experience includes roles within elite and academy football (Port Vale FC, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC Academy), giving me a strong understanding of the demands of high-performance environments and athlete support systems, across both adult and youth football. With a prior 10-year career as a chef, I bring a practical, performance-focused approach to nutrition, translating theory into strategies that are realistic, effective, and aligned with the demands of elite athletes. My interests lie in football, combat, and endurance sports, with a focus on performance optimisation, rehabilitation, and return-to-play. I’m keen to connect with practitioners and organisations operating in elite sport and high-performance settings.
