Contracted as Program Manager by Peak Performers to support DADS Wireless Telecommunications Coordinator as agency prepared for consolidation with State of Texas Health and Human Services Enterprise. Duties included processing all DADS employee request for device holder changes, contract changes, device repairs and upgrades. This required updating multiple databases per transaction as well as coordinating with DADS Information Technology for smart phone user changes and cellular vendors for technology changes, product availability and promotional offers. Projects included a system-wide audit of current wireless telecommunications devices and capabilities throughout the organization to prepare for new life cycle upgrades enhancing capabilities with minimal increase to current procurement expenses. Also prepared process management review to begin employee request process overhaul and near term consolidation. Employment ended suddenly due to severe accident and recovery.

Performed supporting Operational duties as assigned. Primarily worked on preparations for retirement.

Worked Current Operations for 163 MI BN Operantions. Projects included serving as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for the Unit Status Report (USR), Operation Security (OPSEC), Intelligence Readiness Common Operating Picture (IRCOP), as well as the company-level Sexual Harassment and Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Representative. Assisted unit in culminating training events prior to deployment. Conducted research, prepared analysis, and produced final products for linguist revision recommendations to unit's Modification table of organization and equipment (MTOE) that were implemented by the Department of Defense.

Served as a Signals Intelligence Platoon Leader where our major focus was "reset" after deployment and individual and team training.

Worked as the Headquarters and Headquarters Company Executive Officer for the 163d MI BN forward deployed in Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. In April 2012, transitioned to serve as Battle Captain until redeployment from theater.

Assigned to 2-38 Cavalry Squadron based in West Fort Hood, Texas. Duties included serving as squadron Battle Captain and Current Operation Officer. Was responsible for the Tactical Operations Center during training and current operations while deployed. Completed the Tactical Information Operations Course.

Qualified Armor Officer, Branched Military Intelligence - Branched Detailed Armor. After school was assigned to the 2-38 Cavalry Squadron based in West Fort Hood, TX.

Reviewed, revised, and updated emergency management plans for the State of Texas and local jurisdictions. Assisted jurisdictions in achieving and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations to qualify for grants and other funding. Trained for and participated in regional- and state-wide disaster activations and exercises. Served as Section Lead for Drought Preparedness, Dam Safety, Biological Hazards (BioWatch), and Animal Issues. Helped draft and coordinate the Texas Governor’s Division of Emergency Management annex to implement the PETS Act. Monitored hazardous material shipments transported through the state.

Contracted to the SIGINT Technical Development Activity (STDA) of US Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Mac-B Team Lead for STDA. Principal duties include performing intelligence analysis, coordinating intelligence support, and developing and drafting intelligence reports, as well as identifying existing and emerging threats within specific areas of responsibility.

Secured 6-month, Technical Writer internship with SunPower as part a Department of Defense-mandated program for transitioning Soldiers. Offer of employment extended; effective upon conclusion of military service. Duties included reviewing and modifying documents of various echelons of work to facilitate the growing company’s transition toward the Project Management Body of Knowledge V Standard. These included high level policies, scopes of work, introductory documents, and standard work instructions. Also assisted in the enactment of policy and organizational changes within the company. Managed and substantially ameliorated 14 Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) technical document projects for the SCADA Team, with a focus on process mapping and the technical editing of SCADA integration for new system design, installation and control. Organized regular training events the Technical Writing team’s professional development.

Senior Technical Analyst: January 2004 – September 2004 Selected to long-term, technical analysis section. Duties and responsibilities similar to previous job, to include SIGINT synthesis from multiple information sources. Coordinated intelligence gathering and synthesis efforts of multiple divisions to assist operational planning in support of tactical decision makers. Co-wrote current operational procedures manual. Quality-controlled multiple term reports. Supervisor, Analysis & Reporting Shop; Signals Intelligence Analyst: February 2001–December 2003 Wrote and quality-control reviewed over 500 time-sensitive reports. Supervised efforts of 12-15 analysts. Worked in fast-paced, real-world, counter-terrorism and counter-narcotics missions in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Produced comprehensive reports from complete and fragmentary information sources to allow national-level customers to act. Trainee: September 1999 – January 2001, Basic & MOS Training.

Partnering with Luminated Living and Austin Resell on a part-time basis. Both companies began operations in October 2015, share same owner. Began work as a consultant in operations refinement; work has morphed into an Operations Manager at large position. Scope includes facilitating inbound logistics, performing facilities management, maintenance and support, ad hoc deliveries management, managing and supporting junior level employees and contractors, large product sales, modeling process improvement, and providing advice and support to long range planning. Intent is to continue to work with companies’ as needed once full-time employment is procured.
