Duties included processing all DADS employee request for device holder changes, contract changes, device repairs and upgrades. This required updating multiple databases per transaction as well as coordinating with DADS Information Technology for smart phone user changes and cellular vendors for technology changes, product availability and promotional offers. Projects included a system-wide audit of current wireless telecommunications devices and capabilities throughout the organization to prepare for new life cycle upgrades enhancing capabilities with minimal increase to current procurement expenses. Also prepared process management review to begin employee request process overhaul and near term consolidation. Employment ended suddenly due to severe accident and recovery.

Began work as a consultant in operations refinement; work has morphed into an Operations Manager at large position. Scope includes facilitating inbound logistics, performing facilities management, maintenance and support, ad hoc deliveries management, managing and supporting junior level employees and contractors, large product sales, modeling process improvement, and providing advice and support to long range planning. Intent is to continue to work with companies’ as needed once full-time employment is procured.
