Ensuring the team has the operational expertise to manage continuous, uninterrupted process flows and facility maintenance. Actively navigating shifting environmental regulations in Colorado, which are moving from hazardous waste disposal designation toward required recycling. - Team Building. Managing capability gaps by identifying and hiring essential leadership roles required to achieve long-term product-market fit.
